- During the interview:
- We will explain how our association is organized, how we operate, our routines, and what we expect from our volunteers.
- It is also an opportunity to talk about the national and international network that ESN represents.
- Finally, we want to get to know you better—your background, your interests, and your skills—to ensure your integration into the association goes as smoothly as possible!
Why get involved?
- Meet people from abroad and share experiences
You will be responsible for representing Reims and France to newcomers, but you will also have the chance to learn about and enjoy other cultures, as we welcome students from a wide range of countries to Reims every year.
- A (near) professional role
As a volunteer, you will be in direct contact with international students and fellow volunteers, and you will have the opportunity to work with numerous local partners and organizations. Volunteering with our association offers opportunities for personal growth within a semi-professional environment.
- Put organizational, project management, and creative skills into practice
- In the lead-up to outings and events, you will have the chance to develop and quickly apply skills in areas such as project management, budgeting, content creation, and partner relations—depending on your interests!
- During activities and day-to-day association management, organization and responsiveness will be key to effective teamwork across our various initiatives.
